OYO 22622 Dolphin Beach Resort

The ambience and service was good but they play loud tasteless and horrible hindi songs from noon till night. I was there for two days and on the second day they started playing loud songs from 2:00 in the afternoon and continued till 9:30... We asked them to lower the sound but it gave me migraine nonetheless. Thankfully my cousins are singers they were carrying guitar so we could come out and offer our live music in order to stop the banshee screaming from the loudspeakers. Also they entertain certain guests who will not make you feel so much comfortable. You might not get the kind of crowd you are hoping for or paying for... The pool although clean is too small and can be horibbly crowded when the hotel is packed with boarders. However the last day of my stay was not as bad ... But it was barely half a day so can't really say. The complimentary breakfast is very good and the Indian dishes are quite good, although they had a mix up and served us paneer instead of chicken once but they adjusted the bi accordingly. However I was shocked to see that there was no supply of clean glass from drinking water on the room you have to go and ask in the reception for it constantly. They will take the dirty ones but not return with clean ones.. you have to go to the reception and ask again. Close proximity to the beach and food it a plus point but the loud music turned me off so bad that I am probably not going to visit this place again.

"Very poor service" Unable to give any Star Rating ......2 day's stay.....Day 1 - Food was not eatable. Day 2 - food ordered (8pm) Food received (1pm) That to staff said "I am leaving food in the room if u want then have it and if u don't, it's up to u....we will not going to take food back." Not acceptable at all when you are traveling almost 400km and want your weekend enjoyable with family.

This place is just near the mandarmoni beach. Nice decoration inside, they have a small garden where you can sit and relax. There's a swimming pool for refreshing. There's also a mocktail bar next to the swimming pool. The rooms are quite spacious and well decorated, very neat and clean. You can bring your family for a good weekend holiday. You can also bring your girl here as they have collab with oyo so its good for couples too. The only thing i found complaining about is the little parking space.. It should have been a little bigger.

Beautiful, beautiful place. Come for more than one night because most likely , you will not want to leave. Private beach, wonderful staff , fantastic rooms. Wanna come for a honeymoon , an weekend or just to party with your pals- this is the place. Food is excellent al well and their complementary breakfast will fill you up till lunch. I will definitely give this place - as the best place to stay @ Mandermoni/digha. The only con is the place is too far from the locality- Chaulkhola and the other shops. The drive might take upto 20-30 mins. Therefore if you’re returning late , drive carefully. However, the gps was working just fine.
